Responsabilità
Accetto di sottopormi al Regolamento di Regata ISAF 2008/2012, alle istruzioni Bando di Regata ed alle norme di partecipazione del CVG. Dichiaro di assumere personale responsabilità "sulle qualità" marine del mio yacht, sull’equipaggiamento, sulle dotazioni di sicurezza, sulle capacità del mio equipaggio e sulla conformità e regolarità della tessera Federale di tutti i suoi componenti.
Dichiaro esplicitamente di assumere qualsiasi responsabilità per danni causati a persone o a cose di terzi, a me stesso o alle mie cose, sia in terra che in acqua, in conseguenza della partecipazione alla Regata, sollevando da ogni responsabilità il Circolo Vela Gargnano e tutti coloro che concorrono all’organizzazione sotto qualsiasi titolo e per qualsiasi effetto. Sono a conoscenza della regola fondamentale ISAF: “ciascun yacht sarà il solo responsabile della propria decisione di partire o di continuare la regata".

I agree to be bound by the rules of the ISAF 2008/2012, by Sailing Instruction, notice of Race and CVG Racing Rules. I declare to take on myself any personal responsability on the nautical qualities of my yacht, rigging, security equipment, crew's capacity and Autority card conformity of all his member. I aslo declare to take responsability for damages caused to third persons and to their things or myself and my personal things, at sea or ashore, in consequence of my taking part in the regatta, relieving from any responsability the Circolo Vela Gargnano and all persons who contribute in the organization under whatever qualification. I am acquainted with the ISAF fundamental rule: "it shall be the sole responsability of each yacht to decide whether or not to start or to continue to race".
